• Maintain and test the emergency power system and life safety equipment to ensure readiness.
• Ensure potable water availability and monitor temperatures to prevent hazards.
• Perform quality assurance and audit maintenance records for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and update maintenance policies; participate in budgeting and department planning.
