• Supervise maintenance staff and allocate work orders.
• Ensure Life Safety Code compliance and state/federal regulations.
• Test emergency power systems and life-support equipment.
• Perform daily duties of maintenance staff and maintain equipment.
• Develop and update maintenance policies and procedures.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and workplace safety.
