Global Industrial is seeking a skilled facilities maintenance professional for our distribution center operations. You will perform hazard analyses, inspections, and daily maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and conveyor systems.

Coordination with contractors and updating the asset management system are key aspects of the role. Candidates should have 3–5 years of facilities experience, training credentials, and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of facilities maintenance experience in warehouse/distribution environments.
• Technical knowledge of building electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Experience with conveyor systems maintenance and career skill in diagnosing mechanical/electrical issues.
• Ability to manage third-party contractors and coordinate maintenance projects.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and OSHA-like practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide job hazard analysis (JHA) and conduct safety and asset inspections.
• Oversee daily maintenance of facility systems, conveyors, racking, and fleet operations.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance and minor renovation projects.
• Maintain asset records in an Enterprise Asset Management System and update as needed.
• Manage outside contractors for janitorial, repairs, and related services.
