Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University seeks a Business Data Analyst 1 to gather, validate, and analyze facilities data, turning it into dashboards and reports for leadership and campus partners.

You will design routine and ad hoc analyses, support forecasting, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operations and service delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related analytical experience.
• Associates degree with two years of applicable analytics/financial experience.
• Four years of analytical, data handling or financial experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and analyze facilities-related data to support decision making.
• Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and narratives for leadership and customers.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data definitions and reporting tools.
