Options for Southern Oregon seeks a Business Systems Analyst to build dashboards in Power BI under the Data Analytics Director. You will design and maintain dashboards to support measurement-based care and data-driven decisions, collaborating with EHR teams to integrate data.

Qualifications

• Healthcare analytics experience and KPI measurement
• Graduate with 1–2 years of business systems experience preferred
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization platforms

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and implement dashboards for the agency
• Create user-friendly dashboards communicating KPIs and outcomes
• Customize dashboards for programs and projects
• Maintain and update dashboards; resolve access issues
• Handle sensitive data per policy and law
• Collaborate with EHR team to integrate system data
• Deliver dashboard training and troubleshoot access issues
• Create documentation to improve operational integrity
• Support project scheduling and planning
