Job summary

OPCA is seeking a Data and Application Support Analyst 1 to aid in data collection, analysis, and reporting across health centers and partners. You will support Arcadia/VisualizOR reports, provide day‑to‑day end‑user assistance, and help maintain BI tools and dashboards.

Strong data curiosity and comfort with Excel, Tableau, and ticketing systems are essential. The role is based in Oregon with a hybrid schedule and a dog‑friendly office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• English fluency required for written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Configure and run reports across multiple data systems and platforms.
• Analyze data to produce actionable insights for health center performance.
• Provide end‑user support and training for staff and partners.
• Assist in building dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Data Team on data collection and analysis tools.
