Qualifications

• Ability to supervise, schedule, and evaluate custodial staff.
• Commitment to safety and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead work direction to custodial staff and assist foreman.
• Create and monitor work schedules, assign tasks, and review performance.
• Manage timecards and participate in hiring decisions.
• Maintain equipment and supplies inventory; evaluate usage.
• Operate custodial equipment and ensure safety procedures.
• Drive to county buildings as needed.
• Perform regular and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure safe work zones and proper use of chemicals.
• Substitute for foreman during absences.
• Mentor staff and promote high-quality work culture.
