MFM Industries is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead custodial and related services at our Bethesda facility. You will supervise staff, ensure contract compliance, and drive safe, efficient operations onsite.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of diverse facility maintenance leadership experience.
• 5 years managing janitorial contracts of moderate to high scope.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30 certifications desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect custodial and related services to meet contractual requirements.
• Create schedules and maintain staffing levels; train new employees.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors; issue reports.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain records for regulatory purposes.
• Review task orders, submittals, and service estimates with management.
