Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America seeks a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee custodial teams and support the Janitorial Manager in manufacturing site operations. The role requires hands-on supervision of up to five custodians per shift, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks.

Strong English communication is essential; bilingual Spanish is preferred. Weekend and shift coverage may be required, with a focus on delivering excellent guest experience and adherence to company

Qualifications

• Five years in a janitorial role with a facilities maintenance/ janitorial services firm.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead a custodial team of up to five per shift.
• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Directs union custodial workforce at the site.
• Schedules staff and assigns work according to site needs.
• Ensures safety rules and quality standards are followed.
• Oversees completion of janitorial tasks and related admin duties.
• Communicates professionally with tenants and customers.
