Job summary

CMI Management LLC, now part of the Dexterra Group, is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee custodial services at a federal facility in Washington, DC.

You will supervise custodial staff, ensure coverage, and manage supplemental services like window washing and snow removal to meet customer requirements.

A high school diploma is required; a BA is preferred, and at least 3 years of multi-site federal facility custodial experience is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• BA degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience managing custodial services at a multi-site federal facility totaling at least 1.7M square feet.
• Must be fully conversant in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring buildings are in clean and orderly condition, to include all interior and exterior areas of the federal facility.
• Supervise all custodial staff and ensure proper coverage at all times.
• Ensure all supplemental services such as window washing, snow and ice removal are handled according to the customer requirements.
