Job summary

MFM Industries is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee custodial and related services at a facility. You will supervise staff, ensure contractual compliance, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining records and reporting performance to clients.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual communication in English/Spanish, and the ability to work under tight deadlines with limited supervision in a team setting.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of diverse facility maintenance operations experience including staff management.
• 5 years of experience directly managing janitorial contracts in moderate to high scope and complexity.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Associate degree is highly desired; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect custodial and related services to meet contractual requirements.
• Create schedules and maintain properly skilled staffing levels.
• Train new employees on work-related equipment and procedures.
• Assist in facilities management tasks such as cleaning and maintenance.
• Issue reports and summaries for customers and management.
• Maintain records for administrative and regulatory purposes.
• Resolve client concerns and perform site inspections for performance.
• Meet with clients and onsite staff to review service status and address deficiencies.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors; manage submittals and shop drawings.
