• Ensure custodial services meet site needs and provide equipment and supplies.
• Conduct regular quality, service, and safety inspections with repair focus.
• Interview, hire, plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain employee records and address complaints or incidents promptly.
