Job summary

Hallmark in Lawrence, KS is seeking a Building Specialist (courier and facilities) to join the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:30am–3:30pm). You will move materials, set up meeting rooms, manage waste, and support daily plant objectives while maintaining safety and high service levels.

The role requires a Class A forklift license, strong time management, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment at a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate multiple computer systems.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to perform frequent reaching and repetitive hand/wrist motions.
• Ability to perform some walking, bending, stooping and heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment and maintain a Class A Forklift License.
• Support facility operations through material movement, room setup, waste/recycling, supply management, and building support activities.
• Drive an estimated 110 miles per day on average.
• Coordinate with managers, contractors and service providers; work with minimal supervision.
