Job summary

Hallmark in Lawrence, KS, is seeking a Production Support Specialist for the 2nd shift (3:30pm–11:30pm), a full-time role that keeps our production lines moving. You’ll be trained across departments, handling tasks from stock movement to machine set-up and quality checks.

Responsibilities include making-ready on multiple presses, packing finished goods, and maintaining inventory while upholding strict safety standards in a climate-controlled facility. Growth and teamwork are encouraged.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to lift 20–30 lb stacks up to 80x/hr.
• Constant standing, walking, twisting, bending, and reaching.
• Repetitive hand/wrist motion is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready on Gem/Cello machines and ACE presses.
• Pack product into shipping containers and mix adhesives for production.
• Order and deliver stock and components needed for production.
• Move stock on skids, input information into the computer system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment; follow safety rules.
• Support multiple departments as needed and communicate with the next shift.
