• Operate balers to compress recyclable materials and transport hazardous waste per regulations.
• Complete stock movement documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with recycling contractors for pick-up/delivery of containers and trailers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on balers and power equipment.
• Contribute to team problem-solving and safety-focused culture.
• Communicate with vendors and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
