The role supports facilities maintenance, courier services, and administrative tasks at the main office and branches, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary range of $46,000–$52,000 per year.

You will independently plan daily work, manage maintenance tasks, oversee contractors, transport supplies and mail, and assist with inventory and forms distribution.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience in routine maintenance, repairs and facility upkeep.
• Experience in facilities, maintenance, courier services, or administrative support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams.

• Independently plan daily work schedule and routine.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and purchase materials/tools; report major issues to supervisor.
• Assist with maintaining facility work tickets and coordinate with branch managers to meet needs.
• Perform routine cleanup and inspection of buildings and grounds.
• Oversee contractors performing repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Fill supply orders and transport supplies between main office and branches.
• Pick up items from local vendors and provide courier services as needed.
• Maintain company vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper operation.
