Job summary

CBRE is seeking an onsite Facilities Manager in Rancho Cordova, CA, overseeing ~30,000 sq ft of warehouse and office space with remote oversight of smaller sites in Fremont and Pleasanton. You will lead facility operations, manage budgets, and direct a facilities team to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities management, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), strong MEP knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial facilities and vendor performance.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and building infrastructure.
• Demonstrated leadership of onsite teams and performance coaching.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years in facilities management; valid driver’s license; FMP/CFM preferred.
• Experience developing operating and capital budgets, with financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects with vendors.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a key contact for facility matters.
• Plan and manage capital and operating projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets for cost optimization.
• Conduct routine facility inspections for regulatory compliance and efficiency.
• Oversee environmental health and safety programs to maintain a safe workplace.
• Manage vendor contracts and invoicing processes.
