CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager in Rancho Cordova, CA to oversee 30,000 sq ft of warehouse and office space and remotely supervise smaller facilities in Fremont and Pleasanton.

You’ll lead operations, coordinate maintenance, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance. The role requires MEP expertise, strong vendor management, and the ability to balance hands-on support with administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facilities management experience in commercial settings.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building infrastructure; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and improvements by vendors and service providers.
• Build and maintain client relationships for facility-related matters.
• Plan and manage capital and operating projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets for cost optimization.
• Conduct routine facility inspections for regulatory compliance and efficiency.
• Oversee environmental health and safety programs to promote a safe workplace.
• Manage vendor contracts, proposals, and invoicing.
• Provide leadership and supervision to facility staff, including recruiting and development.
• Lead CBRE’s values and foster collaboration across stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
