Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities management or related roles.
• Retail or customer-facing environment experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP) and safety.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and vendor performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary facilities partner for Retail stores in the region.
• Lead and coordinate third-party vendors and service providers.
• Support capital projects and store openings with cross-functional teams.
• Manage annual operating and capital budgets and forecasting.
• Oversee building systems, safety, and compliance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
