Job summary

Leidos Dynetics in Huntsville, AL is seeking a facilities coordinator to support the production floor and work with contractors on equipment installations and repairs. You will help maintain maintenance records, assist with security procedures, and coordinate custodial services.

The role requires a BA with 4–8 years (or a Master’s with 2–6), the ability to manage vendor relationships, scheduling, and Costpoint usage, plus a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires BA degree and 4–8 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 2–6 years
• Candidate must possess and maintain a DOD Secret clearance
• Manage relationship with corporate facilities management company

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior manager of manufacturing to support production floor facility needs
• Coordinate with contractors for equipment installations and repairs
• Maintain maintenance records for equipment and anticipate facility requirements
• Ensure security procedures are followed and escort contractors into secure areas
• Support custodial services on the production floor and coordinate with custodial lead
• Create purchase requisitions and track orders in Costpoint
