Job summary

Leidos Dynetics is seeking a facilities coordinator to support the production floor and security-compliant operations. You will manage contractor relations, purchases, and maintenance records to ensure smooth facility operations on the production floor and training room areas.

The role requires a BA or Master’s with relevant experience and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, along with basic IT and networking skills to assist the IT group when issues arise.

Qualifications

• BA degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 2–6 years, or 10 years in lieu of degree.
• Candidate must possess and be able to maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the corporate facilities management company and contractors.
• Create purchase order requisitions for facility items and track them.
• Maintain maintenance records for production floor equipment.
• Schedule and escort contractors to secure areas per security requirements.
• Provide limited IT support to IT group when issues arise.
• Support custodial services on the production floor with custodial lead.
• Work with calibration services to process facility requirements.
• Manage and attest computers in an integration/production facility and laboratory environment.
• Track orders in Costpoint and communicate production floor needs to suppliers.
