Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0–2 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office programs.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret clearance.
• Resident of Huntsville, Alabama, or willing to relocate to Huntsville, Alabama.
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent communication skills and some leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Support program integration activities across a variety of portfolio projects and programs.
• Build and coordinate monthly status reports.
• Coordinate and plan customer meetings.
• Assist with material purchases and tracking of materials.
• Collaborate with program financial analysts to develop and report financial metrics.
• Support contract and financial analysis for program and project managers.
• Assist with responses to task order proposals.
• Coordinate work with Corporate and Program Contracts, Subcontracts, Pricing, and Accounting to ensure projects are set up and managed according to appropriate processes.
• Support proposals, project setup, execution, and closing.
• Frequent interaction with the customer through in‑process reviews and visits.
