Leidos Defense Manufacturing Sector is seeking a Director Production Control to join our Huntsville, Alabama team. The role oversees production control across multiple sites, driving MRP execution, capacity planning, and policy standardization to improve throughput and on-time delivery.

As a senior leader, you will develop and enforce standardized processes, establish KPI rhythms, and coordinate with CMS, mBOM releases, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field; 12+ years of production control experience
• Experience with Costpoint ERP, PLM, MES, and capacity planning software
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams)
• Experience leading others across multiple sites and levels; strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience across product lifecycle phases including prototyping to production
• Resident of North Alabama or willing to relocate to Huntsville area; US Citizen with clearance eligibility

Responsabilités

• Lead manufacturing production control activities across multiple sites
• Oversee MRP execution, capacity leveling, and firming of requisitions and production orders
• Establish order policies based on Make-Buy and commodity types; maintain lead times in ERP
• Develop standard processes, KPIs, and battle rhythms; share best practices across sites
