• Purchase and maintain inventory of janitorial, office, and maintenance supplies; obtain quotes as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other repairs.
• Maintain safety inspection records, incident logs, and training records; assist HR with OSHA compliance activities.
• Lead safety walkthroughs, document findings, and report hazards to management.
• Coordinate safety training and monthly safety meetings with HR; track attendance.
