Job summary

Mariner Finance seeks a Facilities Coordinator to support its nationwide network of 500+ locations. You will coordinate maintenance requests, evaluate repairs, and ensure branch operations run smoothly.

You will manage vendors and landlords, process invoices, maintain records, and provide on-call support addressing safety, environmental issues, and disaster recovery. Strong communication and organization are essential, with MS Office proficiency required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in facility coordination, project management, or property management.
• Ability to work with employees at all levels with diplomacy and organization.
• Must be able to provide emergency coverage in on-call rotation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and service activities across locations.
• Manage vendors and landlords for timely completion of jobs.
• Maintain branch utility accounts and vendor accounts.
• Process and verify vendor invoices; maintain records and quotes.
• Act as liaison between employees and contractors to resolve problems.
• Respond to customer needs while following policies and provide timely follow-up.
• Assist Facilities Manager with complex work orders and environmental issues.
• Ensure safety standards at all locations.
• Provide after-hours on-call support as scheduled.
• Adapt to market demand and staffing changes.
