Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with landlords and service providers to ensure effective operation of HVAC, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Serve as primary contact for internal customers, vendors, and site security regarding facility operations.
• Respond to facility emergencies and provide after-hours support as needed.
• Manage office space planning, furniture installation, and office moves.
• Oversee procurement of supplies and oversee contractor services for improvements.
• Maintain records on expenditures, contractor performance, and facility metrics.
