Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating building services and vendor activities in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple facility projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with landlords and service providers to ensure effective operation of building systems.
• Serve as primary contact for internal customers, vendors, security personnel, and landlords.
• Respond to facility emergencies and provide after-hours support if needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate repairs to keep facilities safe and compliant.
• Coordinate office space planning, furniture installation, moves, and communication services.
• Oversee procurement of supplies, equipment, and related materials; monitor inventory.
• Assist the Facilities Manager with budgeting and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve facility operations, service quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Exercise sound judgment and work independently to achieve objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
