Job summary

Newport News Nuclear BWXT Los Alamos LLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner at Los Alamos, NM. The role focuses on developing work packages for corrective and preventive maintenance using ISMS principles. You will coordinate with SMEs, define scopes, perform JHA, and ensure proper controls are included in work instructions.

Reports to the Integrated Work Control Program Manager. Required are strong maintenance planning skills, ISMS experience, OSHA familiarity, and proficiency in CMMS and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant experience for Level 3; 9 years for Level 4, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience with facility maintenance planning and related systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical work instructions for corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Define scope of work with requestors and engage SMEs for JHA.
• Own work package from initiation to close out and manage records.
• Interface with SMEs to facilitate scoping, hazard analysis, and LOTO procedures.
• Use CMMS to track work package status and participate in scheduling meetings.
