Job summary

Network for Hope is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations, upkeep, and coordination of NFH facilities. You will be the primary contact for vendors, service providers, and project needs, ensuring a safe, functional workplace.

You will perform handyman-level maintenance, coordinate external contractors, manage site access, and track projects from planning to completion while maintaining records for multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in facilities coordination, property maintenance, building operations, or related role.
• Experience independently coordinating vendors, service requests, and facility projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility conditions and respond to routine facility needs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for vendors and service providers; schedule work and coordinate site access.
• Coordinate specialized maintenance and repair through qualified vendors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Maintain facility records, service documentation, warranties, and other documentation.
• Respond to urgent facility issues and coordinate outside support when needed.
• Perform handyman-level repairs and routine upkeep (carpentry, painting, fixtures).
• Coordinate office moves, furniture installation, and space changes.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and completion status; escalate as needed.
• Ensure safety practices and PPE compliance.
