Job summary

Network for Hope in Louisville, KY seeks a Materials and Facilities Manager to oversee facilities, procurement, and inventory for clinical and office needs. This role ensures compliant operations and cost-efficient asset use across NFH sites.

You will lead staff, manage vendor contracts, coordinate maintenance and safety programs, and drive improvements in inventory and project management while reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's preferred; experience may substitute.
• 3-5 years in management of materials or facilities.
• Experience in organ and tissue procurement operations desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversees facilities, property, and project management to maintain operations.
• Manages procurement, vendor contracts, and inventory controls.
• Leads facilities staff and ensures regulatory compliance across NFH sites.
• Coordinates transportation, fleet management, and related services.
• Prepares reports for executive staff and drives cost efficiencies.
