Job summary

Network for Hope (NFH) is seeking a Materials and Facilities Manager in Louisville to oversee facilities, assets, and purchasing for NFH contracts, medical, cleaning, and office supplies. The role ensures compliance with accreditation standards and effective oversight of owned and leased properties.

The position leads procurement, vendor relations, and inventory management while coordinating with CFO and executives on strategic facilities planning and capital expenditures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or PM; 3–5 years in materials or facilities management.
• Experience with procurement, vendor relations and cost control.
• Strong budgeting and cost-analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management to keep building operations in excellent condition.
• Oversee maintenance contracts and project scopes; coordinate renovations.
• Manage inventory of clinical and non-clinical supplies and ensure accuracy of reports.
