Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services and monitor office/facility operations.
• Address client inquiries and ensure timely, quality issue resolution and service delivery.
• Create and assign work orders to engineers, subcontractors and vendors; report on status.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs of equipment.
• Track vendor performance and assist with budget and billing processes.
