Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administrative support, dispatching, and facilities management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organized and proactive.
• Familiarity with work order systems or CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and coordinate customer service requests.
• Communicate with clients regarding service status, scheduling, and updates.
• Dispatch and coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Create, update, and maintain work orders within company systems.
• Monitor service completion timelines and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and assist with issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer, vendor, and project records.
• Prepare and organize proposals, estimates, service reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services as needed.
• Assist with project tracking, scheduling, and administrative support.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Support ownership and management with various operational tasks.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies.
