Job summary

Tri Valley, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Working Coordinator to manage custodial and maintenance needs for a single office building in Massachusetts.

You will supervise cleaning, coordinate preventative maintenance, and arrange contractors to handle repairs and improvements, ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include opening the building each weekday, ordering supplies, monitoring safety and cleanliness, and maintaining floor care, kitchen and restroom hygiene, and trash

Qualifications

• Two years custodial or maintenance experience with experience identifying issues of concern in building maintenance

Responsibilities

• Opening of the building - daily (M-F)
• Monitor and order custodial supplies and office supplies as needed
• Coordinate facility preventative maintenance work, inspections, repairs, improvements, trash pickup, shredding and other work related to the building
• Identify areas of concern in the building and arrange contractors for repairs
• Maintenance and cleaning of floors throughout the building
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and restroom facilities throughout the building
• Trash collection
