Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor in Massachusetts to coordinate and assist a team in cleaning and maintaining commercial, industrial, and medical facilities. This full-time role offers weekly pay and a pathway to advance within a leading facility services provider.

You will supervise 2 to 50 staff, assign tasks, train personnel, and ensure high standards of cleanliness while addressing client concerns and coordinating with management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial industry.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to workers and inspect completed work.
• Issue supplies and equipment as needed.
• Resolve workers' problems or refer to the Manager.
• Perform duties of workers supervised.
• Supervise 2 to 50 janitorial staff.
• Assist in training and planning.
• Provide feedback for performance appraisals.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with employees on related duties as a Working Supervisor.
