About The Role

As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are completed. This position is part of the Facilities Management team, focusing on operations of assets and supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

This role is on-site Monday through Friday in Orange, California.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure procedures, policies, and reporting formats are followed.
  • Handle client inquiries and process work orders.
  • Gather reports to monitor performance and progress.
  • File work orders, proposals, and other vendor submissions.
  • Monitor external activities like waste disposal and recycling.
  • Follow instructions, communicate clearly, and ask clarifying questions.
  • Respond to inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
  • Perform duties according to defined methods and tasks under supervision.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
  • Ability to follow routines and standards in work application.
  • Good communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills, including calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.

The minimum hourly salary is $22.25, and the maximum is $33.30, depending on skills and experience.
