Job Description

Leads, plans, organizes, and evaluates vendors, construction, installations, repairs, and maintenance of all facility structures, systems, and equipment; manages the department budget; and oversees project/staff schedules. Ensures adherence to departmental policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

1. Leads and guides day-to-day operations of the facility's Engineering and Maintenance department.
2. Assists in planning requested, corrective, emergency, and preventative maintenance and repairs of buildings and structural facilities.
3. Plans, organizes, and leads the work of the facilities maintenance crews.
4. Ensures regulations are followed in all aspects of assigned tasks.
5. Maintains up-to-date and orderly documentation of facilities' preventive maintenance and inspection records.
6. Ensures all assignments and projects meet current code compliance.
7. Conducts and attends department staff meetings.

Job Qualifications
