Wabanaki Public Health & Wellness is seeking a Facility Coordinator to manage the front office and ensure a safe and functional environment. This full-time role involves welcoming visitors, managing inventory, and collaborating with management on budgeting. Wabanaki traditions, language, and culture guide our approach and describe the ways we live in harmony with each other and the land we collectively share. Services are available to community members living on and off-reservation across the State of Maine.
Position Summary:
The Facility Coordinator will be the first contact for visitors and materials entering our Wabanaki Public Health and Wellness (WHPW) buildings. These needs include ensuring all materials are checked in and put in inventory. This position will manage the front of our Main Office at 16 Central and will receive and guide guests to their appropriate connections. This position will work closely with the Director to ensure the Facilities Team keeps communications and schedules harmonized.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position. The anticipated work schedule will be Monday through Friday as needed and adjusted to fit schedules. Flex schedules may be anticipated, as well as emergency response after hours.
