Job summary

The role requires interpreting schematics and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient operations. The position emphasizes preventive maintenance, energy efficiency improvements, and readiness for new facility control upgrades.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of experience or 2-year post-secondary education with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with manufacturing automation and control systems preferred.
• EPA, HVAC, electrical or industrial maintenance certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, calibrate, and maintain BAS and control systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, lighting, alarms, and production equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams on repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and test results.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and codes.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
