Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior experience, or 2 years of post-secondary/associate degree education and a minimum of 2 years of prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, calibrate, and maintain building automation systems (BAS) and production equipment control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems for HVAC, lighting, alarms, and production machinery.
• Monitor system and equipment performance; identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reliability.
• Perform preventive maintenance on sensors, actuators, controllers, valves, and related devices.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and sequences of operation.
