Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Orange, VA is seeking a Facilities Technician C (Electrician) to perform electrical maintenance on plant equipment, install electrical infrastructure, and support high-complexity production programs at the Culpeper-area site. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience (or 2 years post-secondary with 2+ years).

2nd shift, 10-hour days, and ability to obtain US security clearance are included.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Electrical Maintenance - Work with, troubleshoot and repair plant manufacturing equipment. Perform Preventive Maintenance on equipment.
• Installation of new equipment and electrical infrastructure (such as upgraded electrical panels, transformers, generators, etc.).
• 6S general shop upkeep, cleaning, or organizing.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
