Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Culpeper, VA is seeking a Facilities Technician C (Electrician) to maintain and repair plant electrical systems. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using blueprints, schematics and manufacturer publications, and must follow OSHA and NEC standards.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary/associate degree with 2+ years' related experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with, troubleshoot and repair plant manufacturing equipment. Perform Preventive Maintenance on equipment.
• Installation of new equipment and electrical infrastructure (such as upgraded electrical panels, transformers, generators, etc.).
• 6S general shop upkeep, cleaning, or organizing.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
