Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in HVAC controls, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work with Honeywell WEBS, BACnet, Tridium, and JCI platforms. Valid license and team collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HVAC trade with service or maintenance experience.
• 2+ years automated system controls experience or formal training.
• Knowledge of test and diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and HVAC diagrams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet policy.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair building automation and controls.
• Program and modify HVAC sub-systems.
• Work with Honeywell WEBS, LON, BACnet, Tridium, JCI as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors.
• Order materials for efficient operation.
