Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility maintenance contracts to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, and project work per contract.
• Document, monitor, and report contract KPIs and compliance.
• Train contractors and support procurement strategies.
