Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment.
• Respond to emergency situations and evaluate defects.
• Assist other trades; maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Complete documentation and communicate with customers and supervision.
• Operate department vehicle and support university safety and professionalism.
