Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for subcontractor coordination, scheduling and quality control.
• Prepare the Project Management Plan or Construction Management Plan.
• Develop procedures for construction contract administration and safety management.
• Perform construction management activities including scheduling, scopes, review terms and value engineering.
• Administer and manage construction activities and monitor design progress.
• Coordinate and manage project quality assurance, control, and inspections.
