• Develop procedures for construction contract administration and safety management.
• Administer and manage construction activities and budgets.
• Monitor design progress related to construction requirements.
• Perform value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Coordinate bidding, procurement, and subcontract packages.
• Prepare and review change orders and project schedules.
