Job summary

Select Source International seeks a Soft Services & Compliances Supervisor (Coordinator) to join our Sustainability Infrastructure team in the P3 sector at the Long Beach campus. You will manage contract compliance, reporting timelines, and subcontractor oversight while coordinating custodial and landscaping staff.

The role requires strong organization, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred.
• Five years working experiences related to contract compliance, facility management, and reporting generation or oversight.
• Computer skills include word processing, spreadsheets, project scheduling tools, desktop publishing and database applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Outlook, spreadsheets and data entry.
• Ability to work with different personalities and maintain a healthy work environment.
• Ability to work independently with good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and creation of customer reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Provide contract booking documents such as subcontracts, POs, and invoice tracking.
• Ensure statutory compliance regulations are met (e.g., Elevator Permits, Life Safety, CUPA, OSHA, AQMD).
• Maintain CMMS database, including equipment history and work order scheduling.
• Oversee custodial and landscaping contracts and communications with vendors.
• Communicate with customers, clients, and vendors to promote healthy working relationships.
• Assist with PO generation, invoice payment, and subcontractor invoicing.
• Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain a professionally organized office environment and oversee inventory and supplies.
• Attend and document meetings across project phases at various sites.
