Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead on-site operations for a government contract across multiple dormitory facilities. You will oversee staffing, inspections, reporting, and vendor coordination, acting as the liaison with the government COR and ensuring compliance with PWS, QCP, and safety requirements.

The role requires 5+ years of facilities/contracts management, supervisory experience, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Project Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing government or facilities contracts with personnel oversight, reporting, and service quality.
• Must have 2 years of supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership at a facility of similar scope.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the government COR and contract-related communications.
• Oversee daily operations, performance, and task execution for all staff, including maintenance, inspections, reporting, and vendor coordination.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard contract personnel in coordination with HR and security requirements.
• Ensure staffing levels meet background check, training, and certification requirements.
• Monitor compliance with the PWS, QCP, and Safety Plan; conduct internal audits and reviews.
• Provide regular briefings on contract performance, issues, and risks.
