Epic is hiring an Operations Center Technician based on our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance available. You will monitor real‑time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center.
You will respond to incidents using video feeds and data, coordinating with internal teams and emergency services to restore normal operations promptly. This role involves shift work and relocation support.
This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
As an Operations Center Technician, you’ll help maintain business continuity across Epic’s global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center. You’ll identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinating emergency responses when disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages occur. Working closely with internal teams and emergency services, you’ll ensure a safe environment and help restore normal operations quickly and effectively.
